New Member Schedule

Group classes (Red): Constantly varied (but not randomly), functional movements designed to build strength and improve fitness. You must first graduate from our personal fundamental program to gain access to this class. If you have previous CrossFit experience or are dropping in please read out Drop-In Policy first then contact us at info@behemothcrossfit.com.

B-Fit (Yellow): No longer available

Behemoth Barbell (Green): Currently this class is only offered to Behemoth Members and is included in the BOLD membership package. Behemoth Barbell is 90 minutes long and focuses primarily on the Olympic lifts. If you are interested, please contact Aja@behemothcrossfit.com for additional details.
