2. Dynamic Length or Game of Choice

3. 2-3 rounds of

– 8-10 KB teapots/side

– 5 Hard SB Bounces

– Build into Floor Press

Metcon (No Measure)

20 Mins of Work Cycle through as many good rounds as you can with a partner.

– 6-8 floor press @21X2

– 60 Meter Heavy Tire Sprint

– :60 sec plank series

– :20 L, :20 F, :20 R

– Build into floor press

Floor Press (6-8 reps @21X2)

Shoot for 3-4 rounds.
