Primary

Hang Clean (Build to a tough single for the day)

Take 10-12 minutes to build to a challenging hang squat clean for the day

*Notes: Start light in the initial minutes to build some good reps with some lighter loadings, then increase difficulty as time continues if mechanics allow. No fails!!

Level 1: Build as many quality sets with quality mechanics as possible

Level 2: Build to a tough single for the day

Secondary

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds or 10 minutes, whichever comes first:

200m run

15 hang power cleans (95/65)

15 front squats
*Notes: This weight should feel like a 2/10 scale. You should be able to do all the barbell movements in a row, unbroken, no questions asked. Choose a loading that will allow this.
