Behemoth CrossFit – Group Class
In teams of 3, row a 5k or for max distance in 25 minutes, whichever comes first:
Partner 1: Rows for max distance
Partner 2: Completes the following:
40 feet walking lunges
4 burpees to a plate
Partner 3: Rest
*Notes: when partner 2 finishes their work, all partners rotate.
Rowing goes to running and running goes to resting.
Accomplish a 5k for time or 25 minutes, whichever comes first
If you’re feeling spicy, do the running and lunges with a bulgarian bag!
