As an individual or in teams of 2 – EMOM for 16 Mins

Station 1 – 10/15 Cals Rower OR 8/10 Cals AB

Station 2 – ME Ring Rows

Lvl 2 – Pull Ups

Station 3 – ME Plate G2OH

Lvl 1 – 15/25

Lvl 2 – 25/45

Station 4 – 3-5 Burpees + 30 Mtr Shuttle (Red line to Red lint)
All teams should transition to the next station after each minute.

Individuals work for :40 sec and rest/transition :20 sec every minute.

Teams of 2, 1 partner will work for the entire :60 sec while the other rests. Alternate work/rest every minute.
