Warm-up (No Measure)

2-3 Rounds of

– Pallof Press x10/side

– Facepulls x20

– 1-2 TGU/side

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Perform as individual or in teams of 2. Move for 15 quality mins.

– 60 KBS

– 50 Lunges

– 40 WBS

– 30 Ring Rows

– 20 AB/rowing calories

– 10 ab-mat sit-ups/person
Move at a consistent pace for 15 minutes and work through as many rounds of the chipper as possible. Teams divide the work up evenly – 1 working at a time. Individuals perform half the work.
