Warm-up (No Measure)

1. General Warm up or Mobility

2. Dynamic Length or game of choice

3. 2-3 rounds of:

– 2-3x TGU/arm (KB bottom up)

– 5-10x Side Planks + Reach/side

– 8-10 Deck Squats (Pistols)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a partner – AMRAP for 16 mins:

– 10 Ring rows

– 20 WBS

– 30 KBS

Both Partners must run 200 every 4 mins.
