– 5-10 Hammy Curls

– 5-10 Natural GHR

– 5-10 Natural Leg Extensions

– 10x Banded Chops/side

Metcon (No Measure)

Perform As Many Quality Rounds As Possible in 15 mins of work:

– 5 Heavy Slambag Cleans + 120′ Walk

– 50 Mtr Heavy Sled Push

– 200 Mtr Suitcase Carry
Treat this as Strength work. Try to build during each set and rest as needed before moving to the next station.
