Warm-up (No Measure)

1. Application of Fitness or

2-3 rounds of:

– 8-10 Seated Db Press

– 5-10 Ring rows/Pull ups

– 8-10 Ab Roll outs

– Build into SB Stone for workout

Metcon (No Measure)

EMOM for 18 Mins

Min 1 – 50 Mtr Sled Sprint

Min 2 – 60 Ft Walking Lunges

Min 3 – 5-10 Stone Lifts
– Sleds should be to red line and back.

Lvl 2 – 100 mtrs (2x 50)

– Lunges can be with DB/SB/KB

– Stone should be lifted over a bar = to front squat height.
