Warm-up (No Measure)

Game of Choice or 2-3 rounds of:

– 10x Pallof Press/side

– 5-10 Hammy Curls

– 5-10 Natural GHR

– 5-10 Natural Leg Extensions

– 1-2 SB TGU – Builiding into working load

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM for 15 mins

Min 1 – 40 mtr Sled Push/Tire Drag

Lvl II 80 Mtrs

Min 2 – Hollow Hold/Rocks

Min 3 – 2-4 SB Turkish Get Up
Move for 30-45 seconds per minute and use the remainder to transition to the next station. Goal is hold a 65-75 pace for the whole workout. Score is total SB TGUs completed during workout + Weight.
