Complete the allotted amount of work, however desired:

105 assault bike calories (35/person)

75 box jumps (nothing over 24″) (25)

45 medball clean over the shoulder (15)(nothing under 40)
While one person is working, the other two people have to hold a keg off the ground. If the keg touches the ground at any time before completion of the workout, the entire team has to stop and perform 5 synchronized burpees before returning to work. The keg must also be lifted off the ground in order for work to resume
