Daily Movement Practice
Our bodies are made to move every damn day and as much throughout the day as possible. Plain and simple. If anything, start your day with movement. It is that important. Why do you we are so adamant about beginning every class with it… If you’re lost for ideas, start with the joint mobility we speak of above. Use the full thing or components of it. We believe in its usage and we’ve created it based off its methodical approach to take every stable and mobile joint in our body through a full range of motion!
So, I challenge you to develop your very own movement practice (or just use ours!) and use it to your best advantage to combat the detriments of immobility and inactivity (sedentariness).
