  • We offer personal training for any individual that is looking for specific attention and specialized programming to fit THEIR individual needs. Whether that be Olympic Lifting, rehabilitation from an old injury, nutritional counseling, lifestyle management or simply building the comfort and confidence to enter our group classes, we are here to help.

Personal Fundamental Program

  • We also offer our Personal Fundamental program. Within this program, we will give you all the tools you need to change your life. Healthy minds and bodies aren’t just created in the gym. Our coaches will move at YOUR pace in learning the vast movement index required within the Behemoth program along with numerous educational components regarding lifestyle habits and behaviors. This program will be individualized and tailored for YOU at YOUR own pace and progression. The majority of our incoming members take between 12-15 sessions to be fully prepared for our group class setting. We are prepared for all learning styles and fitness levels. You DO NOT need to be in shape to start, you just need to be willing to show up, commit and comply to attain your health and fitness goals!
