-Banded glute work

-Partner hamstring + back extensions

A: Deadlift (x 2/2/2/2/2)

20-25 minutes of work:

Warm-up sets x 5/4/3

*Rest no longer than the time it takes to take weight off, put it on and lift

Working sets:

A. Deadlift x 2/2/2/2/2

B. Walking lunges x 8-10

Notes:

-Deadlift: touch and go, but with an emphasis on a slow eccentric

B: Lunges (x 8-10)

-Lunges:

Level 1: unloaded

Level 2: loaded

3 minutes ME burpees (AMRAP – Reps)

*Stop at 50/40, if you can get there
