Wrist strengthening circuit below:

-Fist to fold x 15/hand

-Fist rocks back and forth x 15/way

-Knuckle folds x 15/hand

-Finger tip extensions x 15/hand

Metcon (No Measure)

HSPU skill work Day 2, Week 6

15 minutes:

A. Pass throughs + 2.5 x 10

B. Shoulder width bar hang x :30 (pronated grip)

C. Wall walks x 2-4

Snatch + OHS (1 rep every :60 for 12:00)

Athletes choose their own weights AND they choose the position they desire to go from (or need to go from). These are all full snatches unless ROM isn’t there, have them power snatch.
