B. Reverse pass throughs + 2.5 x 5 (make sure this is 5 @ closest hand position)

C. Shoulder width bar hang x :30 (pronated grip)

D. Wall walk x 1 + 20-30 second hold

Floor Press (5 sets of 5 @ 31X1 (building))

This is our first week here and first time with this movement, play with the movement and get some feel for it. We’re not building to a max set of 5!
