Primary

“Half Cindy” (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 10:

5 kipping pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 air squats
*Notes:

Kipping pull-ups: requisite strength of 5 strict pull-ups is required to practice this movement within a workout setting.

Level 1: jumping pull-up

Level 2: kipping pull-up

Accessory Work

2 sets:

Ring rows x 10

I’s, Y’s, T’s, A’s (in a hinged position) x 5

*Notes: for most, no weight is necessary on these movements. Thumbs facing up to the sky
