At your local track, complete:

Partner option:

4x:

Partner 1: Runs a 400m

Partner 2: AMRAP of:

20 air squats

10 push-ups/burpees

*Notes: When partner 1 returns from the run, partners switch. If you need to modify push-ups, find a bench to elevate your hands OR work the full negative, push-up from the knees, back onto the toes and repeat

Individual option:

1 mile run

80 air squats

40 push-ups/burpees

*Notes: broken up however desired. If you need to modify push-ups, find a bench to elevate your hands OR work the full negative, push-up from the knees, back onto the toes and repeat
