With a partner, perform the following for max reps (20 minutes of work):

5 minute clock:

400m run

Max reps AB calories

5 minute clock:

200m partner keg carry

Max reps box jumps

5 minute clock:

400m run

Max reps air squats

5 minute clock:

200m partner keg carry

Max reps burpees
*Notes: Partners will share 1 keg and 1 piece of equipment for this entire workout. Only complete the keg carry or the run 1x before moving onto the next movement the remaining portion of the 5 minutes. Reps can be broken up however sonlong they’re equal. Score will be total reps per 5 minute block

L1: Box burpee (push-up progression)
