Warm-up

5 sets:

A. Deadlifts (touch and go) x 5

B. Box jump overs x 3

*Notes: this is 5 TOTAL sets, just to build to a workable weight for the workout today. This weight should feel like a 6-7/10 difficulty scale. At the point in the workout where the deadlift is, the reps will most likely need to be split up into a handful of sets. The weight should be challenging, but still highly capable of being lifted for multiple reps even under a high heart rate. If you are unsure for today, go lighter.

For time (15 minute cap):

1200m run

40 box jump overs (24/20)

15 deadlifts (315/225)
*Notes: This deadlift weight should feel like a 6-7/10 difficulty scale. At the point in the workout where the deadlift is, the reps will most likely need to be split up into a handful of sets. The weight should be challenging, but still highly capable of being lifted for multiple reps even under a high heart rate. If you are unsure for today, go lighter then you BELIEVE or THINK. No compromised position!
