Partner 1: Squat cleans x ME (185/115)

Partner 2: Single arm sled pull x 60m
*Notes: the focus of today is the single arm sled drag. This sled drag should be challenging but not to the point where it is taking forever (think 45-75 seconds). This should be a “march” or a steady “pull” not a sprint or a run. Score will be total accumulated # of squat cleans. Goal would be at least 5 sled drags each.
