Touch HSPU progression

Find weight for sit-ups and walking lunges

Deadlift (5 x 3)

5 sets:

BB Deadlift x 3

HSPU x 6

Wtd sit-ups x 9

Plate OH walking lunges x 12

Rest only long enough to change weight on deadlift if needed


HSPU: 10 reps on the below level is required for advancement to the next

Level 1: Push-ups

Level 2: Knees on box HSPU

Level 3: Toes on box HSPU

Level 4: One leg elevated on box HSPU

Level 5: Wall

Deadlift: Sets should feel like a 6-8/10 for today. This isn’t a 3RM
