A: Thruster (1 rep, every :30 for 10 minutes)

A. Allow 5 minutes to build to working load

B. Every :30 for 10 minutes:

1 thruster @ 185/115

*Notes: Bar will go from the ground each time. For a thruster, this weight should feel like a 6-7/10. You should really FEEL your legs assisting in each rep.

Immediately at 10 minutes:

B: 600m KB carry (Time)

Carry a KB (70/55) in the goblet position for 600m
*Notes: every time you STOP (feet stop moving for any reason: adjustment, put it down, etc.) perform 5 burpees before beginning again
