Kalsu (Time)

For Time:

100 Thrusters, 135# / 95#

*Perform 5 Burpees Every Minute on the Minute*

For time (15 minute cap):

100 thrusters

*Every minute on the minute, perform 5 burpees*

*Notes: At the start of the workout, both athletes will perform 5 burpees then partner 1 will begin chipping away at the 100 thrusters. At the top of the next minute, both partners will again stop to do 5 burpees with partner 1 resting and partner 2 now picking up where partner 1 left off on the thrusters.

Thrusters: This should be a moderately challenging thruster, however you should be accomplishing around 8-10+ thrusters each time it is your turn to work. Should feel like a 3-4/10 scale of difficulty and shouldn’t take you more than 3 efforts to get to this weight.

L1: 75/55

L2: 95/65

L3: 115/75

L4: 135/95

Burpees: These burpees should be fast, taking no more than about 10-15 seconds
