B. Every :75-:90 for 12:00 (12:00 of total work)

(2) Clean deadlift + hang squat clean (from mid-thigh position)

A: Turkish Get Up (2 sets of 2/arm (w/ medball))

2 sets:

A. Turkish get-up x 2/arm (w/ medball instead of KB)

B. Bent over rows x :60 max reps (No heavier than empty BB, in full hinge position)

Bent over rows – 1 set pronated, 1 set supinated
