Mid-thigh clean (1 rep every minute for 12 minutes (12 reps))

A. 5:00 to build to first working load

B. Every minute for 12:00 (12 total reps)

(1) Clean deadlift + hang squat clean (from mid-thigh position)

Turkish Get Up (2 sets of 2/arm)

2 sets:

A. Turkish get-up x 2/arm (w/ medball instead of KB)

*Both sets at ending ball size from previous week or 1 set more challenging

Metcon (No Measure)

2 sets:

A. Lying hamstring curls on med ball x 10

Adv: single leg x 8/leg

B. Bent over rows x max reps @ 00X0 (no heavier than empty BB)
Bent over rows: 1 set pronated and 1 set supinated
