A. Partner assisted hamstring curls x 6-8

B. Partner assisted back extensions x 10

C. Goblet squat hold x :60 (holding horns of bells) – if needed

Below the knee clean (2 reps every 75-90 seconds for 12:00)

A. 5:00 to build to first working load

B. Every 75 to 90 seconds for 12:00 (6-8 sets total reps)

(2) Clean deadlift + below the knee squat clean (from right below the patella position)

Accessory Work

2 sets:

A. Med ball TGU x 2/arm

Level 2: Bottoms up KB

B. Push-ups x max reps @ 20X1
