Barbells For Boobs Fundraising Workout Week 1:

Spend 6-8 minutes building to a relatively challenging G2OH (think about building past your starting weight and potentially your ending weight)


Metcon (Time)

7 rounds (15 minute cap):

40 double unders/80 single unders

1 G2OH
*Notes: This workout will be measured for time AND for loading (go into “performance history” and “add” in WODify and add whichever G2OH option you selected). At the start of the workout, the barbell must begin empty. The intent is to build intensity over the course of the 7 rounds whether that be through loading or naturally because of the volume and duration of the workout

G2OH (ground to overhead): you may choose to clean + S2OH or you may snatch based on the movement desired and where you feel most comfortable and confident

L1: Stay at the same weight over the course of the 7 rounds

L2: Build over the course ot the 7 rounds to a tough ending G2OH
