Every 5 minutes for 20 minutes:

Behemoth lap

10 T2B

20/12 push-ups

*Notes: The run shouldn’t take any longer than 1:30 to 2:00, the T2B any longer than :60 and the push-ups any longer than :60, which should allow for at least a minute rest on the later end. Choose rep schemes and options based on prescription above.

Level 1:

200m-400m run + 10 T2B + 12-20 push-ups
