partner hamstring curls x 3-5

partner assist back extensions x 3-5

Squat Clean (2 reps every 75 to 90 seconds for 12:00)

A. 5:00 to build to first working load

B. Every 75 to 90 seconds for 12:00, perform:

(2) squat cleans (from the ground)

Accessory Work

2 sets (back off):

Push-ups x 55% of max reps (test) @ 00X1 (1 second pause at top)

Rest as needed to perform these perfectly at the desired tempo. Perform these wherever you tested
