Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Alternate rounds with a partner working for 30 minutes:

2 DB man makers (35/25)

10 DB lunges (5/leg)

50 feet suitcase carry (115/70)
*Notes: Rounds shouldn’t take longer than about 60-90 seconds, so choose weight based off this prescription. Athletes will begin on the side of the rig closest to the back doors. They will perform their DB work there, then move forward to perform the suitcase carry. For an extra challenge, utilize the farmers handle and hold the fat grip side 🙂
