With a partner, descend the ladder for time:

20 box jumps (24/20)

19 axel bar push press (95/65)

18 box jumps

17 axel bar push press

16 box jumps

15 axel bar push press

14 box jumps

13 axel bar push press

12 box jumps

11 axel bar push press

10 box jumps

9 axel bar push press

8 box jumps

7 axel bar push press

6 box jumps

5 axel bar push press

4 box jumps

3 axel bar push press

2 box jumps

1 axel bar push press

*After every odd #, perform a 60m shuttle run holding a plate. Partner 1 will perform 20, partner 2 will perform 19, partner 1 will perform the shuttle run, this pattern will continue until workout is completed.
