Alt DB snatch x 6

Medball clean x 4

AB calories x 8/6

Keg carry x 60 feet
*Notes: in teams of 3 perform max rounds in the allotted amount of time. Groups will alternate movements. For intance, person 1 will do the push press, person 2 will do the med ball cleans, person 3 will perform the keg carry and then person 1 will do the AB calories.
