80 power cleans (115/75)

60 barbell lunges (95/65
*Notes:

Partner 1: works on completing tasks

Partner 2: Assault bike x 10/7 calories

When partner 2 finishes the calories, the athletes switch and continue until all work has been completed.

Power cleans:

Level 1: 75/55

Level 2: 95/65

Level 3: 115/75

Barbell lunges:

Level 1: 55/35

Level 2: 75/55

Level 3: 95/65
