Harvey (Time)

In teams of 2, perform the following:

4 rounds:

25 burpees

1000m run

4 sets:

5 pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 air squats
*Notes: 1 full round minimum work requirement and 4 rounds maximum. Please log your total time of completion with your total rounds listed in the notes AND your partners name!


L1: box burpees (push-up progression)

L2: walking burpees

L3: as prescribed

Run: you can row for 1000m or bike for 1 mile in exchange


L1: jumping pull-ups

L2: kipping pull-ups


L1: box assisted push-ups

L2: plate assisted push-ups

L3: as prescribed
