Second 9 minutes:

10 DB clean to overhead

25 double unders

10 DB clean to overhead

10 DB clean to overhead

Third 9 minutes:

500m row

20/15 push-ups
*Notes: goal is to accomplish the work well under 6 minutes. If you finish earlier, rest until the 9 minute mark to begin your next component.

Box-jumps:
