Lvl 1 Burpee to Push up modification (no plate)

Lvl 2 No Push Up Burpee to Ground

Lvl 3 Burpee

Lvl 4 Burpee to a Plate

Toes 2 Bar (T2B)

Lvl 1 – Supine Leg Lifts

Lvl 2 – Strict Hanging Leg Lifts to Hip or higher

Lvl 3 – Swingling Leg Lifts to hip or higher

Lvl 4 – T2B

Air Squat

Lvl 1 – Air Squat

Lvl 2 – Plate loaded squats
