In teams of 2 or 3

Complete:

– 30 DB Manmakers

– 60 Slamballs

– 30 DB S2OH

– 60 Slamballs

– 30 DB Front Squats

At the start and every 3 mins complete 60 Mtr run (old space and back). Lvl 2 bring your dumbbells 🙂
Break up reps any way but try to make it as even as possible.
