Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Work for 18:00:

Teams of 4

Partner 1 & 2 – One partner working at a time, complete:

– 60 Rower or Assault Bike Cals

While partners 3 & 4 perform an AMRAP of:

4 SB Cleans

2×30′ SB Carry
Team A (Partner 1 & 2) work together to complete 60 cals on either assault bike or rower. One partner working at a time.

Team B (Partner 3 & 4) complete AMRAP of 4 slamball or sandbag cleans and then carry the object to the 1/2 point of the rig and back.

Once Team A completes the cals both teams switch. Continue switching for 18:00
