+2 Slamballs/sandbag cleans

60′ SB Carry
Start at either side of the rig. Perform 2 slamballs or sandbag cleans, then carry your object to the half point (30′) and bag. Perform 4 reps then carry and back, perform 6 reps, etc… until the time runs out.

Accessory Work

400 Mtr Heavy Farmer’s carry

– KB or DBs

– 5 squat penality for dropping

Lvl 1 – Air Squat

Lvl 2 – Goblet squat with 1 KB/DB
