In teams of 4, complete 6 rounds or 18:00, whichever comes first:
Partner 1 and 2:
Alternate movements of:
6 Alternating single-arm KB clean and PRESS
8 calories on bike
12 jumping lunges
*Partner 1 does A, partner 2 does B, partner 1 does C, thats 1 round.
Partner 3 and 4:
Dual Keg carry x 120 feet around a cone (make sure all athletes turn the same way)
Beg: Dual bulgarian bag carry
Once the partners get finished with the dual carry, they will switch.
Let the partners finish the movement they’re on before making the switch
