3 rounds for time or 20:00:

Teams of 2:

8 box jumps

6 burpee pull-ups

4 squats holding keg/Bulgarian bag

4x alternate 60m loaded shuttle sprint (2 per person)

4 squats holding keg/Bulgarian bag

6 burpee pull-ups

8 box jumps
Only 1 person works at a time. Both partners must complete 8/6/4 (or 4/6/8) individually before moving on to the next component.

Once both partners finish the 8 box jumps, that’s 1 round. 3 rounds or 20 minutes which ever comes first
