Person 1: Assault bikes (at aerobic/conversational pace)

Person 2: AMRAP of:

8 alternating single arm KB clean + squat

16 tuck-ups

Person 3: Behemoth lap plate carry
When partner 3 returns from the carry, everyone switches. Athletes are encouraged to lower the intensity today and just move. Alternate how you carry the plate, but should be a carry, not a sprint. Assault bike goes to AMRAP, AMRAP to carry, carry to Assault bike
