Behemoth CrossFit – Group Class

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

With a partner or as an individual, perform as many GOOD rounds as possible in 6 minutes.

6 Min AMRAP:

– 6x Plate G2OH (25/15)

– 6x Step Ups (20/16)

Lvl 1 – BW

Lvl 2 – Plate

6 Min AMRAP

– 5x SA Landmine Press/arm

– 5/7 Assault Bike cals

6 Min AMRAP

– 10x KBS

– 10x Goblet Squat
Partners move straight from one AMRAP to the next. Individuals work for 5 minutes and use that 6th minute to rest/transition to the next station.
