Warm-up (No Measure)

1. Foam roll or mobility piece

2. Joint mob or dynamic length or game

3. 2-3 rounds of:

– 5 inch worms + Down Dog

– 10 Deck Squats

– 20 lateral hops

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2:

20 min AMRAP of:

– 5 Challenging Slamballs

– 7 Push Ups

– 9 Air Squats

At the start and every 10 mins perform a partner Behemoth Tire Drag.
