With a partner, alternate for 5 rounds or 15:00 mins.
– 10 Goblet Squat (bear hug)
– 60 foot Farmer’s Carry – AHAP
Work in teams of 2. Partner 1 will hit 10 tough goblet squats, adv bear hug a Bulgarian bag or keg, then perform a 60 meter (to curb and back) farmer’s carry. As Heavy As Possible – can add weight each round.
Partner 2 will rest until their turn.
Work for 5 rounds each or 15:00 mins which ever comes first.
