1. Mobility or General Warmup

2. Game of Choice or Dynamic Lengths

3. 2-3 rounds of:

– 10x Landmine Twist

– 3x Broad Jumps (Max Distance)

– 10x Deck Squats

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Individually or in teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

– 5x SB Cleans

– 10x AB cals

– 50 Mtr Tire Sprint
