1. General Warm Up or Mobility

2. Game of Choice or Dynamic Lengths

3. 2-3 Rounds of:

– 10 Back Extensions

– 10 Hard Slamballs

– 10 Ring Rows

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Individually or in teams of 2:

Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes:

– 200 Farmer’s Carry

– 50 KBS

– 50 Goblet Squat

– 50 Situps
If working individually divide the work in half. 1 person works 1 person rests.
