Warm-up (No Measure)

1. General Warm up or Mob piece

2. Dynamic length or game of choice

3. 2-3 rounds of:

– 10x Deck Squats

– 10x Landmine twists

– 2x TGU – build into load for workout

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

Work for 4 mins at each station and rest/transitions for :60 secs to next movement. You have 5 minutes to complete the tire drag.

4 Min AMRAP

– Max SB Turkish Get ups

:60 sec rest

– Behemoth Tire Drag

– 5 Burpees

– 10 Step ups

– 15 KBS
