Warm-up (No Measure)
1. Mobility piece or general warmup
2. Dynamic length or game of choice
3. 2-3 rounds of
– 10 tuck ups
– :30 Side plank/side
– 10 PVC Step under/overs
In teams of 2:
– 800 meter farmer’s carry
Try to move as much weight as possible, every time the weights touch the ground team must perform 5 burpees before starting again.
Score is total FC weight minus number of burpees completed. Each drop counts as 5 lbs.
